New Robe for Product Cost Optimisation

Considering individual client suggestions we have adapted our method of product cost optimisation. in the revised method product cost can be presented simultaneous and multilingual as delta or target cost based on standard applications as a comparison of several products to each other with variable parameters. The extent of variable parameters e.g. units, wages or country specific values will be agreed on customer request. For these values the user has access to databases. The adaption of calculations for modified parameters can be operated within a few seconds. Access to single calculations e.g. injection moulding, flock-coating etc. can be controlled in data output window. With this the user has influence to control variables as e.g. production cycle times. Data output of production cost still is as used in categories material, process cost, assembly cost. Production and assembly processes also are prepared visual to allow comparisons and a quick overview relating to current product state.
